Universal File Dataset Number 2473
Note:
Dataset 2473 serves only as table-of-contents for the binary universal file (.bun). It is used for quick access to datasets in this random access file. The byte location pointer in field 1 is consistent with the C library function fseek used in conjunction with fwrite and fread. There could be multiple entries of the byte location in field 1 being 0 (i.e. end of seek table) before the -1 delimiter of the dataset is encountered.
