Butt Joint Options dialog box

Options
Search for Butt Joints	Creates a butt joint between two adjacent plies when the first integers in their description are identical. If you clear this check box, the software does not create a butt joint between the adjacent plies, even if they have the same first integer in their description.
Refined String Search	Creates a butt joint between two adjacent plies only when their descriptions are exactly the same.
