Combine Triangles dialog box

First Element
Select Element	Lets you select the first triangular element to combine into a quadrilateral element.
Second Element
Select Element	Lets you select the second triangular element to combine into a quadrilateral element. The label of the second element you select becomes the label of the new quadrilateral element.
