Select EigenModes dialog box (Abaqus)

Properties
Description Lets you specify an optional description for the modeling object.
EigenMode Selection
Mode Selection Controls how you specify the modes.Collection of Mode NumbersLets you specify the modes by defining a collection of mode numbers. Use the Mode Numbers table to define the modes to use for the Transient Modal Dynamic step.This option corresponds to the DEFINITION=MODE NUMBERS parameter for the *SELECT EIGENMODES keyword.Generate Mode NumbersLets you list modes by defining a First Mode, a Last Mode, and the Increment between the mode numbers.This option corresponds to the DEFINITION=MODE NUMBERS, GENERATE parameter for the *SELECT EIGENMODES keyword.Select by Frequency RangeLets you indicate that the modes are selected from frequency ranges defined in a field. This option corresponds to the DEFINITION=FREQUENCY RANGE parameter for the *SELECT EIGENMODES keyword.
Mode Numbers Available if Mode Selection is set to Collection of Mode Numbers.Lets you specify a list of modes.
Lower-Upper Boundary Frequency Range****Specify Field Available if Mode Selection is set to Select by Frequency Range.Lets you select the field that contains the frequency ranges.The specified field must include the upper and lower boundaries of the frequency ranges (in cycles/time). The specified frequency ranges can be discontinuous.
