Create a Chordal Tolerance on Edge density

Choose Home tab→Mesh group→Mesh Control .
From the Density Types list, select Chordal Tolerance.
Click and select the edge or edges to which to apply the density.
Enter the tolerance value the software uses to determine the number of elements to create along the selected edge or click Auto Size to have the software suggest a tolerance value.
Select Automatic to have the software automatically preview the nodal distribution along the selected edge each time you adjust the Number of Elements value, or click Preview to manually preview the nodal distribution.
Click OK or Apply to create the edge density.
