Meshing > Displaying meshes and element thickness
Displaying node and element labels
Use the Show Element and Node Labels command to persistently display the labels of selected nodes and elements in the graphics window. For example, you can use this command in conjunction with smart selection methods to display the node and element labels in a selected region of a complex model. You can also use this command to display all node and element labels in the model.
Note:
Displaying all node and element labels in a large model may negatively impact graphics performance.

To hide node and element labels that you displayed previously, click the Show Element and Node Labels button again.
