Delete unreferenced entities

You can delete unreferenced entities only when the Simulation file has a solution.

Choose Home tab→Checks and Information group→More list→Delete Unreferenced Entities.
To delete entities that are not used by the currently active solution or referenced by any other entity, in the Solution Search Filter group, click Unused by Active. You can click this option only if the Simulation file has an active solution.To delete entities that are not used by any solution or referenced by any other entity, click Unused by All.Caution: If you click Unused by Active, you might delete entities that are used by currently inactive solutions.
In the Entity Type group, select the check box for each type of entity that you want to delete.To delete all unreferenced entities, select the All check box.
To view the names of the entities that will be deleted based on your current selections, click Deletion Candidates.When you have finished viewing the list, close the Information window.
Click OK in the Delete Unreferenced Entities dialog box.
If any entities will be deleted, the Confirm Delete message box indicates how many entities will be deleted. Click OK to proceed, or click Cancel to return to the Delete Unreferenced Entities dialog box.If no entities of the specified type exist for the specified solution, a message advises you that there are no entities to delete. Click OK to return to the Delete Unreferenced Entities dialog box.
