Initial Speed dialog box (Simcenter Samcef structural axisymmetric)

| Name | Sets the name of the initial speed condition that appears in the Simulation Navigator under the Simulation Objects Container node. |
| Description | Sets the description. |
| Destination Folder | |
| Simulation Objects Container | Specifies the folder in the Simulation Navigator in which the initial speed condition will be stored. The list includes the root container and existing folders that you created using the New Folder command. |
| Model Objects | |
| Group Reference | Lets you apply the initial speed to a group.For more information, see Group Reference options. |
| Select Object | Lets you select the objects on which the initial speed will be applied. |
| Stacked Smart Selector Methods | Opens the Smart Selector Methods dialog box where you can specify a progression of smart selection filters.For more information, see Smart Selector Methods dialog box. |
| Excluded | Lets you remove individual entities from within your selected object. |
| Direction | |
| CSYS | Lets you specify the coordinate system for the initial speed direction. |
| Magnitude | |
| DOF1 through DOF6 | Lets you define the initial speed values per DOF.DOF1 to DOF3 are for translation in the X, Y, and Z direction.DOF4 to DOF6 are for rotation in the X, Y, and Z direction.For more information, see the VII parameter of the Samcef .CLM command. |
| Card Name | Displays the name of the solver card this object writes to: .CLM VII. |
