Aerodynamic Static Parameters dialog box

Modeling Object
Name Specifies a descriptive name for this modeling object.
Label Specifies a unique numerical identifier for this modeling object.
Properties
Description Lets you enter a brief description. Click to open a text editor where you can enter a longer description.
Reference Chord Length Specifies the reference chord length.
Reference Span Specifies the reference span.
Reference Wing Area Specifies the reference wing area.
XY Plane Symmetry Key Specifies symmetry with respect to the XY-plane in an aeroelastic model.SymmetryIn the XY-plane of the model, displacement in the Z-direction is zero and rotation about the X-axis and Y-axis are zero.No symmetryThe XY-plane is not a plane of symmetry.AntisymmetryIn the XY-plane of the model, displacement in the X-direction and Y-direction are zero and rotation about the Z-axis is zero.

Rigid Body Coordinate System

Local Lets you create or select a local coordinate system as the rigid body coordinate system.
