Load Extrusion dialog box
This dialog box lets you extrude loads and 2D element edges from a Model and Load Pre-processing input file. The software also scales the load as follows:
{F_{layer}} = {F_{external}} * Total,Distance \div (Number,of,Copies + 1)
where:
{F_{layer}} is the force on each layer in the extruded mesh.
{F_{external}} is the force from the external file.
Total,Distance is the total distance of the extruded mesh.
Number,of,Copies is the number of copies of the original element layer.

| Stacked Smart Selector Methods | Opens the Smart Selector Methods dialog box where you can specify a progression of smart selection filters. For more information, see Smart Selector Methods dialog box. |
| Number of Copies | Lets you specify how many copies of the original element layer the software should create for the extruded mesh. |
| Distance | Controls how you specify the distance to extrude the edges of the element faces.Per CopySpecifies the distance between each element layer of the extruded mesh.Total****Specifies the total distance of the extruded mesh. |
