Expression Field dialog box
The Expression Field dialog box consists of a series of pages that lead you through the process of using an expression to define the displacement of a degree of freedom.
Because you can access the Expression Field dialog box only through a boundary condition command that allows you to choose Displacement for a degree of freedom, the dependent and independent domains are pre-defined. You can define the expression only on the Definition page.
