N-Point Function Creation dialog box
Generates a spectrum function in the frequency domain for a frequency analysis.

| Update Preview | Click Update Preview to update the graph in the Preview after you enter new X and Y values. |
| X, Y values | Displays the X and Y values of your function.You can enter new values and edit existing values. |

| Record Name | Specifies the Record Name of the function. |
| AFU File | Sets the path and file name of the AFU file where the resulting data will be saved. You can enter a valid AFU file full path name.You can also click Browse to select the file location. |
