Customize the post view legend header

You can customize the legend header for all post views or only an individual post view.

Change or add a line of text

1. Do one of the following depending on whether you want to change the text for all post views or only a specific one:To change the text of all post views, choose File tab→Preferences→Post Processing Preferences, and click the Legend tab.To change the text of a specific post view:In the Post Processing Navigator, right-click the post view node you want to manage and choose Edit Post View.In the Post View dialog box, on the Legend tab, from the Display list, choose Customized.Click Customize .

2. Do one of the following depending on whether you want to add a new line of text or change an existing one.To add a new line of text, continue to step 3. To change an existing line of text, from the list of lines at the bottom, select a line of text and click Edit .

3. From the Header Token list, select a token that you want to display in the line of text and click Add . To add your own text, select UserText and in the dialog box that appears, enter the text and click OK. The token appears in the Line Components list box.

4. Continue to add tokens that you want displayed in the line to the Line Components list box. Preview shows how the information in the tokens would be displayed and its order in the line of text.To change the order of tokens, use the Move Up and Move Down arrows.To clear all tokens from the list box, click Clear Selection .To delete a token, select it in the list box and then click Delete .

5. If you are creating a new line of text, click Create New Line. If you are editing a line, click Apply Line Edits.

6. Click OK.

Delete a line of text

1. In the Custom Header or Post Processing Preferences dialog box, from the list of lines at the bottom, select a line and click Delete .

2. Click OK.

Reorder lines of text

1. In the Custom Header or Post Processing Preferences dialog box, from the list of lines at the bottom, select a line and click the Move Up and Move Down arrows to change its order.

2. Click OK.
