Convert units for scalar values

To convert units when setting scalar values in a dialog box:

1. From the DesignLogic units list, select the units for the value.For example, when specifying a pressure, select lbf/in2 to define the value in pounds per square inch.

2. Type a value in the box.For example, in the Pressure box, type 15.

3. Click the DesignLogic options list on the right side of the box. Choose Make Constant→the converted value for the desired units.For example, to convert 15 lbf/in2 to Pascals, select 103421.4 Pa.
