Plot BEM ATV contours

Use this procedure to examine the ATV results.

1. Do one of the following depending on whether you examine the ATV results from a FEM, component, or assembly FEM:To examine ATV results from a FEM or assembly FEM, make the Simulation file the displayed part.To examine ATV results from a component FEM, make the assembly FEM file the work and displayed part.

2. In the Simulation Navigator, expand the ATV Set node, right-click the set, and choose Plot Contour.

3. From the Scenarios list, right-click the Contour Plots node and choose Plot.

4. In the Selection group, select the Frequency and Microphone results to display.

5. Right-click the Contour Plots node and choose Apply.The results are plotted.

6. When you are finished examining the results, click Close.

7. Click Return to Model .

Note:

Plot Contour plots only the original imported set. The effect of a connected assembly FEM will not be shown.
