Fixed constraints

Pre/Post provides these commands for creating fixed constraints:

• Fixed Constraint fixes all six degrees of freedom (DOF).

• Fixed Translation Constraint fixes the three translational DOF. All rotational DOF are free.

• Fixed Rotation Constraint fixes the three rotational DOF. All translational DOF are free.

Where do I find it?

Application	Pre/Post
Prerequisite	A Simulation file as the work part and displayed partSimcenter Nastran, MSC Nastran, Abaqus, or ANSYS as the specified solver
Command Finder	Fixed Constraint Fixed Translation Constraint Fixed Rotation Constraint
Simulation Navigator	Right-click Constraint Container→New Constraint→Fixed Constraint
