Superelement Options dialog box (Nastran)
The options in this dialog box are written directly to the Nastran EXTSEOUT case control command during an SOL 101 – Superelement or SOL 103 – Superelement solution.
| Modeling Object | |

| Name | Defines the name of the modeling object. |
| Label | Specifies a unique numerical identifier for the modeling object. |
| Properties | |
| Generate Assembly Process Bulk Data Entries | Specifies the ASMBULK describer, which generates bulk data entries related to the subsequent superelement assembly process and stores them on the assembly punch file (.asm). |
| Generate External Superelement Bulk Data Entries | Specifies the EXTBULK describer, which generates and stores bulk data entries for the external superelement on the standard punch file (.pch) when used either the MATDB, DMIGB, or DMIGOP2 file format. |
| File Format | Specifies the output file type. Choose from the following:MATDB stores boundary matrices on the database.DMIGDB stores boundary matrices as DMIG bulk entries on the database.DMIGOP2 stores boundary matrices as DMIG bulk entries on an .op2 file. Choose this option (the default) when you intend to use a superelement in the Pre/Post system model.DMIGPCH stores the boundary matrices as DMIG bulk entries on the standard punch file (.pch).MATOP4 stores the boundary matrices on an OP4 file. |
| External Superelement ID | Specifies a value for the EXTID describer, which corresponds to the superelement ID (SEID). |
