Modeling Objects Manager dialog box

Show Only Property of Modeling Objects of the Active Solution Appears when a Simulation file is the displayed and work part, and a solution is active.Limits the modeling objects that appear in the Type and Selection lists to those that apply to the active solution.
Create
Type Specifies the type of modeling object to create. This list includes only the modeling objects associated with the analysis type of the currently active solution. For example, for a Simcenter Nastran solution, if Analysis Type is set to Thermal, the list includes only modeling objects associated with SOL 153 Steady State Nonlinear Heat Transfer and SOL 159 Transient Nonlinear Heat Transfer. If the Show Only Property of Modeling Objects of the Active Solution check box is selected, this list includes only those modeling objects associated with the active solution type (such as SOL 153 Steady State Nonlinear Heat Transfer).
Name Sets a unique name for the modeling object.
Label Sets a unique label number for the modeling object. You can use labels to organize your modeling objects.
Create Opens a dialog box that lets you create a modeling object of the selected type.
Filter
Limits the modeling objects that appear in the Selection list to those that meet the specified criteria.
Type Limits the modeling objects to those of the selected type.
Name Limits the modeling objects to those with the specified name. You can include an asterisk as a wildcard. For example, to display all of the modeling objects that have the word Parameter anywhere in their name, type Parameter. This filter is case-sensitive.
Label < Limits the modeling objects to those that have a label number less than the specified number.
Label > Limits the modeling objects to those that have a label number greater than the specified number.
Filter Applies the specified criteria to the Selection list.
Selection
Selection Displays a list of the existing modeling objects, including their name, label number, and type. The objects that appear in this list vary, depending on whether the Show Only Property of Modeling Objects of the Active Solution check box is selected or cleared, as well as whether any filters are applied. You can sort the objects by clicking the column headings.
Edit Available when only one modeling object is selected in the list.Opens a dialog box that let you modify the selected modeling object.
Copy Available when at least one modeling object is selected in the list.Opens one or more dialog boxes that let you create a copy of the selected modeling objects. You can edit the copy as needed.
Delete Available when at least one modeling object is selected in the list.Deletes the selected modeling objects.
Information Available when at least one modeling object is selected in the list.Opens the Information window which displays information about the selected modeling objects.
Solver Syntax Preview Available when at least one modeling object is selected in the list.Opens the Information window which displays the information that will be sent to the solver when you solve the model.
List
List Lists selected modeling objects to be included in a solution, step, or for other use.
Add Adds the modeling object selected in the Selection list to the list of included modeling objects.
Delete Removes the selected modeling object from the list.
Move Up Moves the selected modeling objects up in the list.
Move Down Moves the selected modeling objects down in the list.
