1. Specify the solution and forces for the nodal force report.

1. Before you solve the model, make sure the Structural Output Request modeling object for your solution includes the results that you intend to use for the nodal force report.

2. Make the Simulation file the work part.

3. Make the appropriate solution active. The software calculates nodal forces based on the results from that solution.

4. Right-click the active solution and choose Nodal Force Report.

5. Type a name for the nodal force report.

6. From the Forces Type list, select the type of force to be summed.

7. If you selected Grid Point, select the types of grid point forces to include in the calculation.
