Import test data into Response Dynamics
You can import data, such as test measurements, from any application that supports DAC, RPCIII, MAT, or spreadsheet/ASCII files as an output format. During the import process, you can specify import options to apply to the data, such as the abscissa and ordinate data types, the data format, spacing, and so on. You can then use the imported data as excitation functions or to compare the experimental data against your response functions generated in Response Dynamics.
For the steps to import test data, see Manage AFU files in the Functions and Graphing help.
How do I
Convert SRS/PSD/Time functions
Create nodal and enforced motion excitations
Create distributed load excitations
Create static excitations
Create a drop impact or constant velocity impact simulation
Calculate random RMS functions from PSD input
Using Fast RMS Fitted PSD functions
