Simcenter Samcef UMAT workflow

1. For Pre/Post, programmer creates an XML file that defines the properties needed by the Simcenter Samcef UMAT subroutine. Create a .umatx XML file that describes the custom properties that appear on the User Models - Simcenter Samcef page in the user interface. Simcenter Samcef UMAT XML file.
