Element Modify Connectivity dialog box

Elements to Modify
Elements to Modify Lets you select the node to replace.Single Element lets you modify the connectivity of a single element.Elements Attached to Single Node lets you modify the connectivity of all elements attached to a single node by replacing that node with another node.
Element (Appears when the Elements to Modify type is Single Element)
Select Elements Lets you select the element to modify.
Element Label Lets you specify the element to modify by entering the label of the element.Press enter or click Select to enter your selection.To edit your selection, click Edit Element Selection .
Element Modification Method (Appears when the Elements to Modify type is Single Element)
Type Lets you specify how you want to modify the element.Replace Node lets you replace a node with another node.Modify Leg Nodes lets you modify the leg nodes of certain types of 1D connection elements, such as Nastran RBE2 and RBE3 elements.
Node to Replace
Select Node Lets you select the node to replace.
Replacement Node
Select Node Lets you select the replacement node.
Delete Orphan Nodes
Delete Orphan Nodes By default, the software retains the node that you originally select to replace (the first node that you select). If you select this option, the software removes that node.
