View and customize identified results in HTML format
When you complete your selection of identified results using the Identify command, view the identified data in the Information window in HTML format, where you can hide or display sections of the identified data, as well as edit it. You can then save the data to an HTML file. You can also print the data.
View identified results in the Information window
In the Identify dialog box, click List Selection in Information Window .
To display only sections of interest to you, to the right of each section, click or . For example, to collapse the Summary section, click . Note: Collapsed sections are still saved to .html. Tip: To display or hide all sections at once, on the toolbar, click Collapse All Groups or Expand All Groups .
Customize the identified data and save it to an HTML file
In the Information window, edit the identified data. For example, change a value or delete a portion of a section. Tip: To change the name of a section, select the text and type a new name.To remove text, select it and click Delete .To move text to a different location, select the text, and click Copy . Click where you want to place the text and click Paste . To create a line break, press Shift + Enter.
Click Save As .
Navigate to a folder and type a file name.
Click OK.
