Managing thermo-optical properties

Using the Manage Thermo-Optical Properties command, you can:

  • Export and import thermo-optical properties to share data between models and users.

  • Create and maintain a central repository of thermo-optical properties, which reduces data entry errors.

  • Inspect thermo-optical properties included in the model or that are available for import.

  • List and sort thermo-optical properties.

The Thermo-Optical Properties modeling objects that are listed in the Selection for Export table depend on the file that is active: FEM or Simulation.

  • If a FEM file is active, the table lists the Thermo-Optical Properties modeling objects created in the FEM file.

  • If a Simulation file is active, the table lists the Thermo-Optical Properties modeling objects created in both the Simulation and FEM files.

You can export or import the thermo-optical properties that are defined with constant values or tables.
