Fourier axisymmetric 2D displays

Use the Set Result command to set up the 2D display of Simcenter 3D Multiphysics Fourier axisymmetric results. You can:

  • Show the results at a particular revolve angle on the original 2D section. For example, show the results calculated at an angle of 135 degrees.

  • Envelope around all or part of the circumference of the original 2D section, to identify values, such as maximum, minimum, and average. For example, you can display the peak radial displacement that occurs between 135 and 270 degrees.

Note:

Setting up the Fourier axisymmetric 2D results display is available when you set the color display to contour plot.
