Import of Element Associated Data defined on solid elements (Simcenter Samcef)

In Simcenter Samcef, for solid elements, when you import their physical properties, you can choose:

• To classically import the physical properties as one Physical Properties Table per mesh collector.The Simcenter Samcef model will then have as many mesh collectors as Physical Properties Tables.

• To import all the physical properties as element-associated data.In the Simcenter Samcef model, the mesh collector will have no Physical Properties Table because all the physical properties will be stored in the element-associated data.

You can choose how to import the physical properties on solid elements in the Data Compaction Options of the Options page in the import dialog box.
