Teamcenter Integration for Simulation
Export results JT files to Teamcenter
Prior to exporting JT files, make sure to save your CAE files to ensure that all Teamcenter CAE item revisions are up-to-date in the database.
In the Post Processing Navigator, expand your results to view the desired results components or derived results.
In the navigator, select the results to generate visualization files for. Use Ctrl-click or Shift-click to select multiple results.
Right-click the selection and choose New JT File.
In the New JT File dialog box, you can control the data included in the JT file, such as:The type of results, such as displacements or rotations.The component of the results.Specific load cases and iterations.The post view template file to apply to the selected results.
Click OK.When the JT files are generated, Teamcenter creates the required dataset(s) and imports the JT files. You may need to refresh the client before you can view the datasets in Teamcenter. You can then examine, query, and display results in Teamcenter Visualization.
