Display Parallel to Screen	Displays this note facing you rather than in a specific plane.When a note is parallel to the screen, you can always read it even when you rotate the model.
Lock Size and Position	Appears when the Display Parallel to Screen check box is selected and the note does not have a leader line.Displays the note in the same size and location on the screen even when you zoom in and out or move the model.
