Edit a mode set or FRF set

  1. In the Simulation Navigator, make the assembly FEM the Displayed Part.

  2. Expand the Mode Set or FRF Set container.

  3. Right-click the mode set and choose Edit Modes, or right-click the or FRF set and choose Edit FRFs.

  4. Make the necessary changes to the modes or FRFs. For more information, see Editing modes or functions in mode sets and FRF sets.

  5. Click OK.

  6. To re-solve a new solution with the modified mode set or FRF values, clone the solution that you solved in step 1. The cloned solution uses the edited mode set or FRF set.For more information, see Create or modify a solution.

  7. Solve the cloned solution.

  8. Post-process the results and compare them to the previous solution. For more information, see Scenario-based post-processing.
