Initial Displacement dialog box (Simcenter Samcef)

| Name | Sets the name of the initial displacement condition that appears in the Simulation Navigator under the Simulation Objects Container node. |
| Description | Sets the description. |
| Destination Folder | |
| Simulation Objects Container | Specifies the folder in the Simulation Navigator in which the initial displacement condition will be stored. The list includes the root container and existing folders that you created using the New Folder command. |
| Model Objects | |
| Group Reference | Lets you apply the initial displacement to a group.For more information, see Group Reference options. |
| Select Object | Lets you select the objects on which the initial displacement will be applied. |
| Stacked Smart Selector Methods | Opens the Smart Selector Methods dialog box where you can specify a progression of smart selection filters.For more information, see Smart Selector Methods dialog box. |
| Excluded | Lets you remove individual entities from within your selected object. |

| Displacement (Translation) | Lets you define the initial displacement value in translation.For more information, see the DE0 parameter of the Samcef .CLM command. |

| Card Name | Displays the name of the solver card this object writes to: .CLM DE0. |
