| Method | |
|---|---|
| Method | Specifies the type of structural model.3DSpecify when the structure is modeled with solid elements such as CHEXA and CPENTA.2D AxisymmetricAppears when the StressLinearization_AxisymmetricStructure early access feature is enabled. For more information, see Enable an early access feature.Specify when the structure is modeled with axisymmetric solid elements such as CQUADX4 and CTRAX3. |
| Name | |
| Name | Specifies a descriptive name for the stress linearization. |
| Description | |
| Description | Specifies a brief description of the stress linearization. |
| Select Results | |
| Load Case | Specifies the subcase from which to obtain the results for the stress linearization calculation. |
| Iteration | For an iterative solution, specifies the solution step from which to obtain the results for the stress linearization calculation. |
| Result type | Specifies whether to use elemental or element-nodal stress results in the stress linearization calculation. |
