Transform Motion result files for use in vibro-acoustic response

Use the following workflow to transform Motion results for use in a vibro-acoustic response using the Model and Load Pre-processing command and the Time Signal processing data processing operation.

  1. Create a solution process and add an input file that contains the Motion results data, either a Simcenter 3D Motion (.mres) or an LMS Virtual.Lab Motion (.LMSMotionResults) results file.

  2. (Optional) Visualize the input file using a post-processing scenario.

  3. Create selection recipes at the location of forces.

  4. Add the Time Signal Processing data processing operation.

  5. Solve the solution process to save the transformed results in HDF5 file format.

  6. Create a load recipe.

  7. Create a new vibro-acoustic from a load recipe.
