Define temperature initial conditions (Abaqus)

  1. Choose Home tab→Loads and Conditions group→Constraint Type list→Initial Conditions .

  2. In the Initial Conditions dialog box, from the type list, select Initial Temperature.

  3. In the Region group, click Select Object and select the geometry or FE entity to which the temperature initial condition is to be applied.

  4. In the Initial Temperature group, enter a constant value or expression to define the temperature.For more information, see Expressions.

  5. Click OK.
