Maximum spread node group

Use the Maximum Spread Node Group command to create a group of spatially distributed nodes to define more easily candidate DOFs for sensors and exciters. The group is defined based on the following:

  • Candidate node selection.

  • Maximum number of nodes to include in the group.

  • Minimum distance between the nodes.

The software includes the maximum spread node group nodes that are closer in proximity than the specified distributed distance.
