Finding where expressions are used

You can find the boundary conditions, simulation objects, and so on, that use a user-defined expression, or the boundary condition, simulation object, and so on, that is the source of a system-defined expression.

  • To find where a user-defined expression is used, in the Expressions dialog box, right-click the expression and choose List References. An Information window opens that shows all the applications.

  • To find the source of a system-defined expression, in the Expressions dialog box, do either of the following:Locate the expression and view the source in the Source column.Right-click the expression and choose List References. An Information window opens that shows the source.
