Cross Powers dialog box

Data Source
Lets you select an input file and subcases, and populate data from the selected input file to fields.
Auto Power and Cross Power
Infers Relative Path The software infers and stores the path to the file that you specify relative to the Simulation file. If the location of the file changes, the software uses the stored relative path information to try to locate the file. For more information, see Relative path support for external files.
Browse Opens the Select File window where you can filter for applicable file types, navigate to, and select a Simcenter Testlab file (*.lms).
Options
Hierarchy Level for Subcase Specifies the level to which folder names are concatenated to simulate subcases. Subcases are nested folders in the Simcenter Testlab file (*.lms). The hierarchy is the level of nesting. Not UsedIgnores the level of nesting and groups each type of data into one data definition.Subcase numberLets you select a specific level of nesting in the data source.UnlimitedSelects all levels of nesting in the data source.
Refresh Populates the data from the selected input file to the fields in the Subcases and Nodes data table, or scans the input file for newly added data and refreshes the fields. Caution: Depending on the amount of data, it can take a significant amount of time to load. Therefore, the software does not automatically load the data upon selection of the input file.
Subcases
Lists available subcases in the data source.
Nodes
Provides options for displaying and selecting data.
Automatic Node Selection When the Automatic Node Selection check box is selected, the software selects the reference and response nodes automatically.
Unused list Available when the Automatic Node Selection checkbox is cleared.Set as ReferenceSets the selected item in the Unused list as reference in the Reference list.Set as ResponseSets the selected item in the Unused list as response in the Response list.
Reference list Available when the Automatic Node Selection checkbox is cleared.ResetMoves selected items in the Reference or Response list to the Unused list.SwitchMoves selected items in the Reference list to the Response list and vice versa.
Response list Available when the Automatic Node Selection checkbox is cleared.ResetMoves selected items in the Reference or Response list to the Unused list.SwitchMoves selected items in the Response list to the Reference list and vice versa.
Singular Value Decomposition
Lets you control singular value decomposition (SVD) parameters.
Singular Value Filter Relative ThresholdLets you apply a relative tolerance percentage to reduce the noise induced by overdetermining data from auto and cross powers. This produces a more accurate substructure characterization.Number of Singular ValuesLets you specify the number of singular values to be retained in the solution.
Relative Threshold for Singular Values % Appears when Singular Value Filter is set to Relative Threshold.
Number of Singular Values Appears when Singular Value Filter is set to Number of Singular Values.
