Label Range Strategy dialog box

Entity Types
Input Filter Appears when you create, edit, or clone a single-strategy selection recipe, or when you add the first strategy to a stacked selection recipe. Available when you create or clone a selection recipe.Specifies where the entities that you want to select exist.The listed options vary, depending on whether the Simulation file or FEM file is the displayed part.Selecting any option other than Entire Model limits the scope of the strategy.
Select Object Appears when Input Filter is set to Mesh, Polygon Body, or Component.Lets you select the mesh, polygon body, or component FEM where the entities that you want to select exist.
Entity Type Available when you create or clone a single-strategy selection recipe, or when you add the first strategy to a stacked selection recipe.Specifies the type of entity to select using this strategy: Node or Element.
Labels
Labels Sets the range of node or element labels to select using this strategy.Separate individual numbers with a space or comma, and contiguous numbers with a hyphen or colon. For example, to select node 100 and nodes 115–120, type 100 115-120 or 100, 115:120.If you click Add Label Selection , the specified labels no longer appear in the Label Range Strategy dialog box.You can also select nodes or elements in the graphics window by clicking to open the Target Selection dialog box.To view the labels of the selected nodes or elements, as well as to edit, cut, copy, or paste the labels, click Edit Label Selection .
