Right-click commands for Random Base Excitation nodes
The available commands depend on the node that you right-click in the Simulation Navigator.

Random Base Excitation node commands
The following commands appear when you right-click a random base excitation node in the Simulation Navigator.
| Icon | Command name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Make Active | Appears when the event is not active.Activates the event. | |
| Edit Attributes | Opens the Random Base Excitation dialog box to let you modify the selected random base excitation. You can modify the event even if it has been solved. | |
| Clone | Clones the event. | |
| Rename | Renames the event and, optionally, the associated BUN and OP2 files. | |
| Delete | Deletes the event and, optionally, the associated BUN and OP2 files. | |
| Solve→Solve Event | Solves the selected event. | |
| Solve→Solver Input File | Generates the XML input file for the selected event. The file is stored in the working folder. | |

Excitations node commands
The following commands appear when you right-click the Excitations node under the random base excitation node in the Simulation Navigator. Depending on the event type, other commands can be available. This table only list commands for the random base excitation event.

| New Excitation→Translational Nodal | Appears when no excitation exists.Opens the New Translational Nodal Function Excitation dialog box that lets you create an excitation for the event. | |

| Edit Attributes | Opens the New Translational Nodal Function Excitation dialog box that lets you modify the selected translational nodal excitation, scale factor, and frequency range. You can modify the excitation even if the event has been solved. | |

| Information | Opens the Information window that lists general information about the excitation for the random base excitation event. |
Results node command
The following command appear when you right-click the Results node under the random base excitation node in the Simulation Navigator.
