Nastran environment > Nastran aeroelastic analysis > Nastran aeroelastic flutter analysis (SOL 145)
Define aerodynamic parameters
Choose Home tab→Properties group→Modeling Objects .
In the Modeling Objects Manager dialog box, from the Type list, select Aerodynamic Parameters and click Create.
In the Aerodynamics Parameters dialog box, in the Reference Chord Length box, enter a reference chord length.
In the Reference Density box, enter a reference density.Note: Alternatively, you can specify a pressure altitude in the Pressure Altitude box and click Calculate Reference Density from Pressure Altitude . The software uses the International Standard Atmosphere (ISA) to calculate the reference density for the specified pressure altitude.
(Optional) If applicable, select a symmetry option.
Click OK.
How do I
