Set report writing preferences

Report writing preferences let you set how to generate a report. You can also set customer defaults.

• Display the report after you generate it.

• Display an image in the previewer after you create or change it.

• Search only for report templates stored in the site location and exclude local user templates.

• Save your report in the same folder as your part to keep the association between the report and the part.

To set the preferences:

• Choose Menu→Preferences→Report.For more information, see Report Preferences dialog box.
