Connect viewports to synchronize probes and variables

Connect viewports

Use the Connect Viewport right-click command to synchronize probes and common selection variables such as nodes, subcases, panels, and so on.

1. Create plots of post-processing scenarios that you want to connect.For more information about creating scenarios, see Create and edit post-processing scenarios.

2. In the Scenario Based Data-Visualization Navigator, for each viewport that you want to connect, right-click the viewport and turn on Connect Viewport .

3. Click OK.

Disconnect viewports

• In the Scenario Based Data-Visualization Navigator, for each viewport that you want to disconnect, right-click the viewport and turn off Connect Viewport .
