Auto Refinement Constraint
Use the Auto Refinement Constraint command to determine the optimal local resolution required to capture more details in polygon bodies. The Auto Refinement Constraint command together with the Local Resolution Constraint and Contact Prevention Constraint command allows you to preserve more detail in the bodies generated by the surface wrapping tool.

You can specify a minimum resolution beyond which the surface wrapper stops trying to capture small gaps. You can specify a refinement or a coarsening of the default resolution, or you can perform either a local refinement or local coarsening using the absolute dimension for a selected constraint.
You can also specify the priority level of the auto refinement constraint with respect to other constraints when they are in conflict. If multiple auto-refinement constraints are applied to a body, the software uses the constraint with higher priority. If the priorities are equal, the software uses the constraint with the finest minimum resolution.
The software stores your specification for each auto refinement constraint under the Constraints Container node in the Simulation Navigator. By default, each auto refinement constraint node is numbered, but you can change its name. To apply a selected auto refinement constraint to a surface wrap recipe, drag its auto refinement node from the Constraints Container node to the Constraints node that is located under the surface wrap recipe node.
