Modify configurable material properties (end user)
You can modify the configurable properties on a selected loaded library material. For example, when you access a custom material that contains a plasticity material model with a configurable material property, such as a hardening rule, you may be able to switch between the Isotropic, Kinematic, or any other defined hardening rule.
Choose Home tab→Properties group→Manage Materials .
From the Material List, select Library Materials.
In the Libraries group, select the Site MatML Library check box or User MatML Library check box, whichever contains the configurable custom material.
From the library list, select a configurable custom material.
Right-click the selected material and choose Load Library Material.Note: If the Load Library Material command is not available for the selected material, the material is loaded into the Local Materials library, but is out of date. Right-click the material and choose Update Material command to update the local material with the latest version of its library definition.
In the Material List, select Local Materials.
Select the configurable custom material.
Right-click the selected material and choose Configure Library Material.
Select the User Models - Simcenter Nastran page.
