Properties
Description Lets you specify a description for this modeling object. Enter a brief description or click to open a text editor, where you can enter a longer description.
Card Name Displays the name of the Nastran bulk entry
First Response tab and Second Response tab
Defines a pair of response (two-wave functions) quantities to compute the cross-power spectral density and cross-correlation function response as first response and second response in random analysis.
Response Type Specifies the response type. You can request acceleration, applied load, displacement, force, MPC force, ply strain, ply stress, pressure, SPC force, strain, stress, and velocity.Note: The pressure response type is available only for Acoustic and Vibro-Acoustic analysis types.
Degrees of Freedom Available when Response Type is set to Acceleration, Applied load, Displacement, MPC Force, Pressure, SPC Force, or Velocity.Lets you specify the degrees of freedom of the nodes in the X, Y, and Z directions for translation and rotation.
Response Type Components Available when Response Type is set to Force, Ply Strain, Ply Stress, Strain, or Stress.Definition — Specifies the response type component. From Element Type — Specifies the response type components as element type.Single Item Code — Sets the response type components as a single item code.Multiple Items Code — Specifies the response type components as multiple item code. You can specify multiple item codes.Element Type — Appears when Definition is set to From Element Type.Specifies the element type as CBUSH, CELAS, or CDAMP.Item Code — Appears when Definition is set to Single Item Code.Sets an integer ≥ 1 that represents the particular component in the model.Item Codes — Appears when Definition is set to Multiple Item Codes..Lets you specify a list of codes to represent the particular components in the model.
Plies Available when Response Type is set to Ply Strain or Ply Stress.Ply Definition — You can specify single ply, multiple plies, or all plies from the composite model plies.Ply Number — Appears when Ply Definition is set to Single Ply.Sets an integer ≥ 1 that represents the particular ply in the composite.Plies— Appears when Ply Definition is set to Multiple Plies.Lets you specify a list of codes to represent multiple plies in the composite.
Nodes****Elements The Nodes group is available when Response Type is set to Acceleration, Applied Load, Displacement, MPC Force, Pressure, SPC Force, or Velocity. The Elements group is available when Response Type is set to Force,Ply Strain, Ply Stress, Strain, or Stress.Select the nodes or elements from the model, or select an existing group of nodes or elements by selecting the Group Reference check box.
