Set the display of edges in post views

You can set the display and color of edges of the results in a post view using the Edit Post View command. You can also use the commands in the Display group of the Results tab to set the display of edges but not their color.

You can display external element edges, edges on geometry features, element edges, or polygon edges. You can also select to hide all element and feature edges.

Set the edge style and color in the Edit Post View dialog box

  1. In the Post Processing Navigator, right-click the post view node and choose Edit Post View .

  2. On the Display tab, in the Edges & Faces group, set Edges to an edge style.

  3. Click the Color palette to change the color of the edges.

  4. Click OK.

Set the edge style from the Display group of the Results tab

  • Choose Results tab→Display group and select an edge style: External Feature Wireframe None Polygon Edge Only available for results with an associated solution and CAD geometry. It is not available for imported results.
