Clone a field

A clone of a field is a copy of the field.

You clone a table field, for example, when you want to edit some of the tabular data, but want to retain an unedited copy of the table field.

1. In the Simulation Navigator, expand the Fields node.

2. Right-click the field you want to clone and choose Clone.A copy of the field appears in the Simulation Navigator.To rename or edit the cloned field, right-click the field and select the appropriate option.
