Concentrated Mass
Use the Concentrated Mass physical property table to define the mass for 0D elements in your model. This physical property table is available in Simcenter 3D Thermal/Flow, Simcenter 3D Electronic Systems Cooling, and Simcenter 3D Space Systems Thermal.
For example, you can use 0D elements to add additional mass to a specific location in your model. The thermal solver uses the mass value to calculate the thermal capacitance for transient analysis.
