Expressions
Generating a contour plot of an expression
Use the Plot Model Contours command to generate contour plots of expressions that are based on pre-processing variables, such as spatial coordinates, time, and frequency. You can display the contour plot of the expression relative to the entire mesh, or selected 2D or 3D meshes in the model. Plotting the expression can help you review expressions you are using in boundary conditions or fields. The following shows a contour plot of an expression called SPAN plotted across the entire mesh.
After you generate the contour plot of the expression, use the post-processing tools to view and analysis the plot. For example, you can use Edit Post View to modify the display.
