Choose Laminates tab→2D group→Laminate Physical Property .

Create three plies. In the Ply Layup tab, click Create New Ply three times.

In the ply layup list, select the plies and assign a material, thickness, and angle for each ply.

The total number of plies and the total thickness of the laminate are displayed in the Ply Sketcher tab.

Click OK.

In the Simulation Navigator , right-click the 2D mesh collector and choose Edit.

From the Type list, select Laminate.

From the Shell Property list, select the laminate physical property that you just created.

Click OK.
