PBEAR dialog box (Simcenter Nastran)

| Name | Defines the name of the physical property table. |
| Label | Specifies a unique numerical identifier for the physical property table. |

| Field Independent Domains | Controls how you define the stiffness or damping values.Select Rotor Speed to specify constant stiffness, viscous damping, or inertia, or to specify stiffness, viscous damping, or inertia as a function of rotor speed.Relative Displacement and Rotor Speed to specify constant stiffness, viscous damping, or inertia, or to specify stiffness, viscous damping, or inertia as a function of rotor speed and relative displacement. Relative displacement is the displacement between the two coincident grids used to define the CBEAR connection.Relative Force and Rotor Speed to specify constant stiffness, viscous damping, or inertia, or to specify stiffness, viscous damping, or inertia as a function of rotor speed and force carried through the CBEAR connection. The force is calculated from the relative displacement. |

| TXX | Specifies the bearing stiffness, viscous damping, or inertia that relates relative displacement, velocity, or acceleration in the radial X-direction to the force in the radial X-direction. |
| TXY | Specifies the coupled bearing stiffness, viscous damping, or inertia that relates relative displacement, velocity, or acceleration in the radial Y-direction to the force in the radial X-direction. |
| TYX | Specifies the coupled bearing stiffness, viscous damping, or inertia that relates relative displacement, velocity, or acceleration in the radial X-direction to the force in the radial Y-direction. |
| TYY | Specifies the bearing stiffness, viscous damping, or inertia that relates relative displacement, velocity, or acceleration in the radial Y-direction to the force in the radial Y-direction. |
| Nominal Relative Displacement (NOMVAL1) | Appears when Field Independent Domains is set to Relative Displacement and Rotor Speed.Specifies the relative displacement that Simcenter Nastran uses to compute the bearing stiffness, viscous damping, or inertia. |
